1. Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of Rivju. By using Rivju, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Rivju provides QR-based customer feedback collection, owner dashboards, and private message intake. Service owners are responsible for how they configure and use feedback collection.
3. Accounts and Security
- You must keep credentials confidential and notify Rivju of unauthorized account use.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Rivju may suspend accounts that create security or legal risk.
4. Acceptable Use
- No abuse, spam, fraud, malware distribution, or unlawful activity.
- No attempts to bypass security, reverse engineer, or interfere with availability.
- No collection of special-category personal data without a valid legal basis.
5. Data Protection and Privacy
Privacy and personal-data handling are described in the Privacy Policy. Service owners remain responsible for compliance with their own legal obligations toward end users.
6. Availability and Changes
Rivju may update, modify, or discontinue features to improve security, performance, or legal compliance. Availability is provided on a best-effort basis without uptime guarantee unless separately agreed.
7. Intellectual Property
Rivju and related branding/content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights to your own submitted content.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivju is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where exclusion is not legally allowed.
9. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by competent courts in the Slovak Republic, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
